You can contribute to the SEHS SGO and receive a dollar-for-dollar state tax credit of up to $750 annually.

3. Claim Your Ohio Tax Credit
If your Ohio state tax is equal to or greater than your contribution, up to $750, your contribution ultimately costs you nothing! If you file "Married Filing Jointly," you can receive a credit for $1,500, but each spouse must make an individual contribution of $750.

"With scholarship granting organizations (SGO), you have a voice in the distribution of the tax dollars you already pay. As a state-certified SGO, contributions to SEHS SGO directly benefit St. Edward High School students. You can contribute up to $750 per individual and receive a refund this spring for the same amount!"

"The recent Ohio tax revision allows residents to direct their state tax dollars to a Scholarship-Granting-Organization of their choice and receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit. Contributing to the SEHS SGO provides future Edsman the opportunity of a Holy Cross Education at no cost to the individual."
